Is reporting from the "reporting" tab sufficient? Or does Riot have the ability to see who's doing this. The user who was using this exploit is selling his BOTRK and the end of the game so it doesn't show on his game history.
Riot can see what people have done in games, including buying and selling. Use the report button after the game is over and explain it so they'll be alerted to look. Also, if you want you can submit a support ticket, look at the top right of your window, click support, and there should be a button in there that is like "submit a request" or something like that.

Yeah, there are ways to figure out if someone is doing something you don't want them to with your code. Report them just in case, but Riot should be hot on 'em.

I reported an account using the lobby button, support ticket, and bug forums However, 5 hours later, the same account (and duo) is still at it in ranked and have successfully ruined 13 consecutive games. they have moved from bronze to platinum. No response to my forum posts, support ticket, or report in game.
so, the post from riot indicating they were actively catching and punishing exploiters is very misleading. " Actively" must mean the reports are hitting their email servers, and thus there is activity within their building related to the issue.

I have never seen a bug like this, and it screwed up the game. Look at that kids history, two Penta's, and a guy said he was recording. He dove us on the fountain, and just stole all of our hp.
