TFT Buff from second field not working

When playing TFT and the second buff field is available, the buff will not work if you already have a champion in that field. The buff will only work if you take the champ from the field and put it in that field again.

Hard to reproduce once you need a champ in the second buff field before it appears and you do not know what field will have the buff.
