Game Keeps Crashing, rito help

This problem has been going on for months, and I've waiting to long. Basically every time I get into game, my screen freezes, makings a weird buzzing sound, and I have to completely restart my Laptop every time. I've tried everything, from doing the simple bug fix, to doing two factory resets. At this point I think something must be wrong with my hard drive? I'm not sure, I have a Windows 360 Spectre. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.
