Ezreal and Yuumi bugs?

Does ezreal arcane shift now work like fiddle ult? It feels like it's clearing walls that you can't even make with flash.. Also Yuumi projectile disappears and then hits after it has disappeared.. both in same game. I have the replay, but don't know how to share it.
