Movement Problems

Hey I don't know how to exactly go directly to Riot but lately there has been problems with my movement. The key I use to move is Num1 right next to the arrow keys on the bottom right and since yesterday it has been very difficult. When i would use a skill, I can't cancel it with my movement, I have to use it in order to move again. This had lost m many games and has forced me to use that automatic skill to be able to function properly. I tried using a different laptop but sadly that didn't help. I've also been lagging very HARSHLY and I think this might be the reason why. If anyone has a solution and/or if someone can solve this for me I would be greatful.
