I have seen a few posts from a year or more ago about this, so it obviously hasn't been addressed. While I was playing the most recent round of AR URF I managed to kill an invisible Teemo by spamming my Q as Fiora, he did not become visible whenever I hit him so that did not explain why I was able to hit him.

What other fighters aren't? Reneketon q hits, yasuo q hits, jax e hits, aatrox q and e hits, Olaf q hits......

Fiora s q isnt about aoe like all of those other skills its about the precision fantasy and the illusion of skill. when it is infact easer to hit than all of those skills you named and longer range than everything except olaf q

Well yasuos q is on like a 3 second cooldown and has a 0.1 second mobility ability, so that's why he doesn't get 60% cd refunded. Reneketon can heal from his aoe q plus has a double dash, so that's why his doesn't get 60% refunded. Jax already has a gap closer with q and his e is defensive and also aoe stuns, which makes up for him not getting a 60% cd refund. Aatrox q is longer range than fiora q and his is also has a knock up, so it wouldn't be fair for him to also get a 60% cooldown refund. Yes Olaf has longer range in his q, but he can also pick it up for a reduced cooldown, so an additional 60% would be op. Also, fiora q doesn't heal by itself FYI.

AidanWR1 votesNot a bug, some skills can hit champs even in the fog of war. These include, Ezreal's Arcane Shift, Fiddle's Dark Wind, and Fiora's Lunge, and some others
