Fiora's Q hitting invisible targets.

I have seen a few posts from a year or more ago about this, so it obviously hasn't been addressed. While I was playing the most recent round of AR URF I managed to kill an invisible Teemo by spamming my Q as Fiora, he did not become visible whenever I hit him so that did not explain why I was able to hit him.

Invisible does not mean untargetable or invincible.

Not a bug, some skills can hit champs even in the fog of war. These include, Ezreal's Arcane Shift, Fiddle's Dark Wind, and Fiora's Lunge, and some others
