After the windows update ,i cant even play league

i cant even play league.. this bug splat error thingy wont let me load. i tried everything reinstalld and etc updates and all. this things happen after the windows update. i was playing quite fine yesterday with my friends..and now im getting banned ,,thanks

Same, ping spike/game freezes every 30-60 seconds for a good 3 seconds.
