[Client] UI randomly unresponsive

Some features are randomly unresponsive in the client. The two main problems that i'm having are:

1. lock in/ban button becomes unresponsive ( even if i have 15 secs i cant lock in)
2. the client exit button doesn't work at times

The first issue is what really bothers me. I've been getting probation and getting random loses in my promos because of this. It happens more than once a day and my friends get it also so its not only my client. I don't know how hard this is to fix but please fix both issues.
