Champion Mastery

I've got a third lvl of champion mastery on kindred and it doesn't show on the loading screen, also there is a mission "Champion Mastery 3", so u have to get lvl 3 mastery on any champ so the mission isnt completed but i have lvl 3 what's wrong?

You need level 4+ mastery for it to show on loading screen.
