I threw a toss (q) while ahri was ulting away in middle lane in the brush to the river over the wall next to my middle tower. It hit her but instead of following her over the wall it seemed as i collided to the wall and she was also not stunned.
Probably because you hit her as she was partially through the wall (but not past half) so you didn't go through, but she finished her dash and got to go to the other side.
Also you should try and submit bugs with more proof/testing then just, "This thing happened once". I know it sounds annoying but it makes it easier to confirm and gives more evidence to support your case.
