first game of league each day is horribly laggy

I'm forced to restart my system each day at the beginning of the first match to fix the lag (i always turn my computer off when i'm not using it, so i know its not my computer just needing a restart). this is leading to remakes and reports, no doubt. can i get a fix? this started the past 3 days.
