[Gameplay] No remake option despite one Player not connecting

Just had a ranked game recently in which in the first second of the game showed that our Lee was disconnected (so he wasn't even in game) Despite that we got no remake option. My guess would be that the disconnect happend between Loading screen and game start and i have no idea why remake wasn t an option.
