Bug with teemo shrooms detonating multiple times

I was doing the project missions on my smurf account when I found this bug with teemo's shroom detonating multiple times. It allows you to burst down champions that stand in it, minion waves, and jungle monsters.

I was unable to replicate the bug in practice tool, might just be an issue with bot games
