[GAMEPLAY] Bug with doing actions before all the champions are displayed

I try to buy all the items and press the + on one of my abilities as quickly as possible. Twice it has happened that i bought everything and pressed my + on my ability before the champions were view-able in the shop area. After they became visible, all the things were undone, the + on the ability also disappeared, and i had to wait for level 2 so get my level 1 + back. Here is a picture of me without any abilities or a + sign. All my money was returned to me however.
