Runes bugged

My question is, I've lost my ranked games bcs my Phase Rush and nimbus cloak didnt work with kennen - also vs Darius the slows with his E looked like forever.

Another teammate with electrocute said the same. We've lost it hard and im sad bcs I was useless with super slow kennen and I'm wondering if we will get our LP back from that ranked games.
