Where is my Mastery token

I played a game as Jhin in Hexakill and get S- i get chest and Key piece but where is my mastery token lvl 6 ? ( i am lvl 5 )

I brlieve only SR has mastery tokens.

you only can get the mastery tokens on the rift, being rift normals and ranked the rotating game modes won't give you the tokens either even if they are on the rift
