1-10 days mission bug

Hello, Recently I've been experiencing a bug, This is what happens every time after I finish a game

1: There is the 'finish' button after I finish my game 2: The 'honor your teammate' window pops up 3: Then, It gaves me, my lvl10 reward, BUT [BUG EXPLONATION] 1:I can't press 'okay' 2:There are no Icon's in the reward window 3:I have to open my task manager so I can close 'lol'.

Anyone know how to fix it? I'm new to league, so Excuse me, If This is an 'easy' fix.
