Can't transfer account

So I tried transferring my account from EUNE to EUW, but it doesnt work. I have the rp by the way. So first time i tried, it made me change my username and summoner name as it was taken on euw, so i did. It finally said my account is transferred and it prompted me to logout and swap regions in the client. When i tried to login to EUW with my new username i got a message that the account does not exist on EUW. I tried logging in with my old username but that didn't work either. Now when i login to EUNE, i have to login with the new username, but my summoner name is the same as the old one. I tried transferring multiple times, but it just does the same thing, this time without asking me to change my names.
