Client crash and can't connect

After everygame i need to restart client. This happened since two days ago. It says 'We aren't able to create a lobby right now. Please exit the client and reopen it to try again'. Tested my internet speed its is 12 ms and 197 mb/s. I also can appearantly surf on the internet. My firewall isn't blocking LoL and my comp has been scanned for viruses.

Also i had to uninstall and reinstall LoL two times since last week (wednesday). Client couldn't open. It said it missed a patch or something like that. But out of the blue missing something -.-'.

I feel like im at war with my client -.-'.
