Bug. Champ Select Froze and I got kicked from queue.

I just queued up for a normals game. The new queue froze on the third ban and the timer stopped at 0. I finally typed to ask if it froze for anyone else and I was kicked from queue with a timer before I could queue up again. I don't want it to be held against me if it isn't my fault.
