Connection Issues and Unusual Crashes

I wanted to play nexus blitz, so i started a game. i recently had power outages in my area on and off this week causing me to disconnect from my games (and to what has now led to a leaver) -Sidenote i understand that i got the leaver and this is no way to bypass it and i am in no way trying to get it removed from my account using this post-

but my last game i played i loaded up my game to hear an error message, i could not go to it because league of legends became unresponsive even with commands such as alt+tab or ctrl+escape . so i made task manager [always appear on top] so i was able to open that while LoL was open in the background. this has happened before but i did not know about the task manager work around i was able to read the error message. it said something along the lines of "remove your third party applications" i have never installed anything to tamper with LoL with the closest thing that could send off alerts would be discord. so after that i forced closed league of legends client and game from task manager. then i loaded into the game afterwards and i was able to play. i told my team what was going on with no comment returning. i was able to play for about 45~ seconds until my game completely crashed, no bugsplat or anything along with the client. i opened the game and it instantly started loading me into the game (i never signed in) it loaded in and after 45~ more seconds it did it again i kept loading into the game for fear of the account temp ban but it was the same (**other than the part of me not having to sign in, that was only once) **i finished out the game with one of my teammates threatening to report me throughout the constant connections and disconnections. each time i tried to explain what was going on within the time-frame i was able to.

Also somewhat related, when i reconnected to the game i had the [ON FIRE] Buff. i am unsure if it was related to the bug or a visual bug (achieved at a score of 0/0/0 on Twitch)
