updated, crashed with D3d9 dll, roll back, now cant log in ( changed password , somethings wrong )

its been a while i didnt played, so i start the game, it update, i start the Queue find a group and the game start but, it wont load ; error d3d9 something.dll so i hit the button in option to find any error

after that the game rolled back to an older version and the game say it will try again to patch, but now i can't log in it say username or password is wrong, i check the server to make sure im on the right one and i am.... i checked to make sure the windows keyboard was ok and it was... i changed password.... well nothing is working

tryed to find help but cant find anything about that
