Rune pages won't show up in champ select
When I enter champ select my rune pages disappear and all I'm left with are the default ones. When I try to create a rune page while in champ select it keeps taking me back to a premade page.

I've been getting this bug for over a month now, it happens roughly 50% of the time I log in.
Riot hasn't addressed it aside from one thread that's 6+ months old.
It only happens to my main account, and it persists through all installations and computers I play on.
