My skins went missing

I logged back on to league today, and for some reason it is saying that I no longer own Star Guardian Rakan, and Project Jinx. I checked my purchase history, and it is saying that I refunded them, which is completely wrong. For one thing I was out of refunds, and for another if they had been refunded, I never got the RP back for it. Is anyone else having this issue?
