League Crashes

I just lost my promos because my client randomly crashes during champ select, and this happens all the time. Sometimes it happens when I click on the hextech tab in dynamic q, sometimes when i try to view a champ in the store, and sometimes it happens without provacation. Whyyyyyyy is this happening and rip my promos
