Riot Lag

Hello. Me and my friend decided to play a game of bloodmoon, when all of a sudden the game started lagging the hell out. Everyone's ping was normal, it were the Riot servers that were lagging. It lagged to the point where everyone had the ''Attempting to reconnect'' screen. So my friend left, and he could start another match. So I left too.
