Permanent Emotes From Chests Not Usable

Today I opened a chest and got 'Nautilus, Bad' Emote and thought that was pretty cool, I went to bind to a key using the emotes tab and it wasn't there. Had a look in store and couldn't find it there either. This has occurred before, cant remember when or what circumstances had taken place at that time.

I found relogging a day later gave me one I unlocked

same problem just happened to me ..i received an S+ on a match and got a box. opened it and saw bad naut emote.. went to look for it and no where to be found.

same here today "Naut Bad" emote does not exist anymore as an usable emote or what's the problem ?? i hope i'll find the emote tommorow...
