Client won't connect to a game

Allows me to log into the client but will not load past the champ select screen, tried repairing through the client and through Hextech Repair Tool, doing both a reinstall and a clean reinstall (made no difference in the end). Link to the logs from Hextech Repair Tool.

Edit: Games where I was able to make it through champ select, then dc in loading screen. And... Error message I get after champ select is done.
