Client (crafting)

After playing in an aram and achieving an s- rank I did not recieve my chest, however after the match I went and viewed my collection, and it states that a chest was earned. I have not earned a chest this season, and that should have been my first one. I checked my loot and nothing has appeared there either. I have attached a link with a screen shot of the collection screen where the champ shows a chest has been earned.

I should also state I am using the new client. I'm not even sure if the old client is still in use or not.
