Hi, I've noticed that in my games, the relic shield doesn't proc correctly on thresh. It works, but I have to kill the minion when it has less health than an auto, like, I can't execute the minion at 250 health or less
I've seen this bug report too many times

It's always been that way.
This is not a bug. Sadly relic shield works differently for ranged champs than it does for melee. Despite not having a projectile, Thresh is still technically a 'ranged champion'. Relic Shield's execution below 250 hp is for melee champions only. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
