What could have activated the Bug

Was playing Nautilus support when suddenly was unable to finish buying any items, and losing a solo/duo match as a result. only noticed it when I had full support item, Mobility boots, Kindlegem, and chain vest. I noticed it at 15 mins because I couldnt finish Knights vow but it persisted with any item until 30 mins.
