So I played game as twitch that I should've gotten an S in, and I definitely deserve my last level 7 token... please fix it. Probs a bug. xd

I hate being that guy, but looking at your match history, im assuming it was the twitch game in which you went 21/7/4. I think the reason why you didnt get an S was because of your death count tbh. If you want to secure an S then you should have no more than 5 deaths or more kills/assists to make up for those extra deaths

Tips for getting S-, S, S+ consistently:

Farm well; you'll need above average CS (less important if you're looking for an S on a support but you'll need a LOT of assists)
Have a good KDA; lots of kills/assists, few deaths as possible
Participate in taking objectives; helping with dragons, turrets, and baron
Ward; this DOES have an impact iirc, epsecially for support champs
Do damage (especially on an AD); make sure you participate in fights and deal a fair amount of damage
