Stuck on loading screen at 100% after champ select (Macbook Pro)

I don't know why but sometimes i get stuck at 100% on the loading screen. Nothing tells me that I'm stuck i just notice the ping moving up and down and thats all. What is wierd is that usally the next game i dont get stuck in the loading screen. It's really annoying because now im on low priority queue for something that i dont do on purpose. Im scared that my account will get banned eventually.. Could a rioter please check this im not the only one having this issue and it happens on mac and windows.

You will want to move to reddit or discord...Riot decided to shut down the boards. You might get an answer, but the shutdown happens effectively less than a week from now

There are a number of theories for Riot shutting down its official forums...none of the theories are pleasant
