Stuck on loading screen at 100% after champ select (Macbook Pro)

I don't know why but sometimes i get stuck at 100% on the loading screen. Nothing tells me that I'm stuck i just notice the ping moving up and down and thats all. What is wierd is that usally the next game i dont get stuck in the loading screen. It's really annoying because now im on low priority queue for something that i dont do on purpose. Im scared that my account will get banned eventually.. Could a rioter please check this im not the only one having this issue and it happens on mac and windows.
