Eye of herald dropped but immediately disappears, unable to receive in inventory.

After completing rift herald on blue Kayn, the eye of herald is dropped but it disappears right after. You can see I don't pick it up because my backing animation isn't buffed, and in my ward slot I do not have the eye of herald. In chat it also said () has picked up the eye of herald.
