Crashes

My game won't start correctly and keeps crashing when I try and join a match, what should i do? I don't want to get another time penalty because my old computer kept overheating and i kept getting time penalties because I was in a match so my next one will be 25-30 minutes. I've restarted my computer multiple times but my game still crashes.
