Bug in my champions

The aiming device if you call it that on my champions isn't working. For instance Blitz when you hold down the Q the aiming part shows up on the screen that you can move around with your mouse and when you decide where to shoot the arm you right click and the arm shoots out where ever you had the white aiming part pointed to. Mine isn't working at all every since they stared ascension. All the champions have this aiming part on them and none of them work on mine. Anybody else having this same problem?
