BLITZCRANK FLASH HOOK IS NOT RIGHT

I don't know why or if this is intended but if you flash and hook on blitz too fast or like an ali q+flash it will hook on cast time and then after a delay flash. Please take a look at it, because i don't think it feels right to have my flash interrupted by myself no less.
