Clash Bug Orb Disappeared

Hi i played clash yesterday we won the first game but we lost the second one. we did not get placed in the competition.When we ended the second game we tried to open the clash but it was blocked and black,instead it said that we are in queue.After waiting like 10 minutes 1 of us disconnected and connected again and the clash button was gone.In the clash said your rewards didn't end here , come back in day 2 with a strong comeback.But we didn't even get placed in the competition.Now i can access my team or bracket.I got the orb the second day in the morning found and open the orb the things inside came just 8 hours latter!! screenshots: https://imgur.com/tIS6i2D https://imgur.com/Kx1M5ZL https://imgur.com/sFPOpuM
