My Client appears cut off everytime I exit the game.

Ive tried to do the Ctrl +/- but it just makes it bigger and smaller in the form of the client cut off. I always have to log off or exit the client and sign back in. It gets annoying. Also, the client right now is so bugged that when I log back into the client my friends cant invite me back into the party, which is more annoying. Does anybody know how to fix this or have the same problem?
