Fiora bug

Hello, I just want to report Fiora bug. I was playing top vs and when she ult me and kill her ult wouldnt activate sometimes. But about 25 min in after team fight i was walking for about 10 min whit her ult active on me and if she hit marks they did true damage but after hitting all 4 they just reaper and she could hit them again for bonus dmg.
