RIOT SERVERS
We are constantly crashing in servers and can not sign back on and you put us in back end Q and bans because we are afk?! This is bullspit and needs fixed immediately!

Hey Thaiceman,
Sorry to hear that you are having connection issues (sounds like what this is). If you think that you have wrongfully been banned due to these issues, you should definitely take it up with our Player Support team, and those guys can take a look at your account and work with you to resolve.
That said, we are doing a few thing to help NA players have a better experience playing League:
- We are moving game servers to a more central location in the US which will provide a much better ping for the majority of players. If you're in the south or east coast of the US, keep an eye out for this change, as it will have a pretty significant impact.
- We are continuing to build our backbone across the US. This is Riot peering directly with ISPs in order to reduce the number of hops from your computer to our servers. This helps us with DDoS issues as well as lag, and is something which (if it hasn't already) make your experience better.
