No key fragments anymore?

Hello fellow League players,

I haven't been receiving key fragments for weeks now and it's really frustrating because I win a lot of games and get a lot of good grades. I've had 2 key fragments for about 3-4 weeks. Is this some kind of bug? Others seem to get a lot of key fragments, even though they don't play as much (and get grades as good as mine).
