Fiora bug
I notice that fiora's passive always display "2.5% of enemy max health and 0 heal, 0 move speed buff". It doesn't matter the level or the actual AD. Not sure whether it is the display error or there is something wrong with passive.

thats true , the fioras passive doesnt heal , and doesnt movement speed of more than 2, 5 damage , its very difficult to play it whit this ,
