Keyboard NOT Working?

I keep getting this sporadic bug where my keyboard stops working however It's obviously the client not reading my keyboard. It happens randomly and at first it was with Urf which is w/e its a bs mode and I thought it was just either me or completely once in a lifetime thing but NOW it happened in a ranked game costing the game for my team. I can't even exit the client because I'm in windowed mode so I'm locked into the game frame where the keyboard is locked. I also looked for solutions and apparently it's something that's been going on and find it ridiculous that there hasn't been a fix or some notice that maybe I have to go through a list of steps to probably maybe fix this annoying bug.
