HUD Update - Shop Item Reorganize

Fairly minor issue, but would it be possible to look into restoring the same sort of drag-and-drop functionality we have on the gameplay screen of the HUD integrated to the lower left of the Shop for repositioning items to different hotkeys? Apparently this was lost with the update.
