Nautilus Emotes not working properly

I have mained since the beginning of last season (My first season) and have yet to see his visual bug be fixed in over a year. I mean i even paid to have the Immortals logo show up when i press my mastery buttons but its still covered by his health bar. Riot promised a fix to this over a year ago on a different forum (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/NoRgGEp7-nautilus-health-bar-covers-the-mastery-emote) and that "Fix" they are working on has yet to be implemented. Are we going to see a fix or do i have to main to see any real changes???? Riot pls
