Hextech Crafting Crate Potential Bug?

So with the release of Hextech Crafting (extremely excited!), I couldn't wait to get into games and win chests/keys. But for three days straight of playing, at the end of the game, i get a message saying "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." I looked that the FAQ about Hextech Crafting and it only says that you wont earn rewards if you are currently chat restricted/banned, and you can continue winning rewards once reformed. The thing is, I CURRENTLY DON'T HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. Is this a bug? If so, please help.

Not a bug. People that finished their punishments are still ineligible if their accounts are in poor standing. If you stop being negative in chat, you will eventually be able to collect rewards. Could take a long time though.

Yeah, that's poor wording on their side.
You need to be considered reformed (so finish the punishment and not get punished for some time afterward.)
