[GAMEPLAY] Wolves give insufficient XP to hit level 2

This started somewhat recently (within the last 3 weeks). I have tested this with Lee Sin and Shaco in Normal games and Practice tool.

Kill order: small small big

With no jungle item: Small wolves: 30xp * 2 = 60xp Big Wolf: 75xp Total: 135xp

With jungle item: Small Wolves: 60xp * 2 = 120xp Big Wolf: 155xp Total: 275xp

XP required for level 2: 280
