Game Crash During Game (PC)

So, today I was playing ranked and all of a sudden my client crashed. It didn't freeze, the sounds were still going, but I couldn't move my champion and everyone else froze as well. This happened during a ranked game. There was no "Attempting to Reconnect" button, no drop in FPS, and my ping remains at 15 or lower.

Every time I would reconnect, it would freeze about 30 seconds-1 minute after reconnecting. Sometimes the client would freeze 5-10 seconds after reconnecting.

Any fixes?
