Reconnect bug in PBE, now 4 min URF que also?

Every time I try to join an urf game, I get stuck as soon as countown reaches 0, screen goes black and I get the reconnect button. I can click on it, but screen goes black briefly and it pops again. This happened before and after a reinstall. I couldn't make a post regarding this on my PBE profile. So here I am.

Update: I've been sitting in que for URF now for 5 minutes.
